These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Worldegg platform. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Worldegg is a job-search platform for candidates seeking work abroad. Through the platform you can build a professional profile and resume, browse job listings, prepare applications and cover letters with the help of artificial intelligence, and send applications directly to employers through your own connected Gmail account.

2. Registration and account

The platform can only be accessed via a Google or Telegram account. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering and completing your profile. You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. User obligations

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Do not provide false information that misleads other users or employers.
• Do not attempt to compromise platform security (malware, automated requests, etc.).
• Use the Gmail integration only for sending applications through Worldegg.

4. Artificial intelligence (AI) services

Resumes, cover letters, and interview answers generated with AI on the platform are only an assistive tool. Responsibility for the accuracy and content of the final text remains with the user — you are always advised to review it before sending.

5. Wallet and payments

Using AI features deducts funds from your wallet, denominated in US dollars ($). Topping up your wallet is done by transferring money to an admin-managed bank/card account and uploading a receipt; funds are credited to your account once an administrator approves the request. Incorrect or unjustified top-up requests may be rejected.

6. Intellectual property

The platform's design, code, and brand belong to Worldegg. Content you upload (resume data, etc.) remains yours — we use it only to provide the service.

7. Account suspension

Accounts of users who violate these Terms may be temporarily or permanently blocked. You may also request to close your account at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

Worldegg does not guarantee that an employer will respond to an application or extend a job offer. The platform is provided "as is".

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform.
