Site Manager – Overhead Transmission Lines

Kodar Energomontaža is a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) company in South-East Europe. Lead the delivery of projects that shape the region's energy infrastructure. Fixed-term contract. Field work across Serbia. As site manager you will be responsible for key aspects of delivering power transmission projects and for organising and managing the team. You will organise, coordinate and monitor all phases of the works, ensuring deadlines, quality and safety standards are met. Requirements

• At least level IV education in electrical engineering (secondary school, college or university)
• Previous experience in a similar site role is preferred
• Basic English is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Driving licence category B with active driving experience
• Strong organisation, planning, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good coordination and teamwork; proactive and able to solve problems independently
• High level of responsibility, reliability and precision
• Willingness to work and occasionally travel abroad
